This means that the ElbEnergie app reads the meter reading as a number format using the OCR software and your mobile phone camera. All you have to do is hold your camera in front of your meter and your meter reading will be recognized within a few seconds (no need to snap a photo).You can then send off the recorded meter reading and will receive a confirmation by e-mail in a few minutes.2) My meter readingsHere you can view all meter readings that we have recorded in the billing system.3) Consumption historyIn your consumption history you will find all your consumptions, except for the voluntary readings (intermediate readings), listed in graphic and tabular form.4) My areaHere you can view your personal data, as well as frequently asked questions and answers (FAQ) about the app.5) NewsYou have chosen online communication!
